Master remote: arm every camera, reset every phone, watch the times land
ARM ALL arms the auto-timer on every connected camera phone and the start phone's gun, so you no longer walk back to the start line to arm it. Each phone's camera or microphone must already be enabled on that phone; iOS only allows those to start from a tap on its own screen, and a phone that isn't ready says so in its own log rather than arming silently. NEW RACE clears race phones and speed-gate phones alike.
